TRUSTSHOP REFERENCE DESIGN IMPLEMENTATION
=========================================

The homepage has been redesigned against the supplied "TrustShop E-Commerce Flow Mockup.png" reference.

Updated files:
- index.php: new reference-inspired storefront structure, announcement strip, search, category navigation, hero, flash product grid, finance calculator, slide-out cart, service row and footer.
- style.css: appended responsive blue-and-white TrustShop visual system and storefront component styles.
- action.php: homepage product endpoint now returns 12 items so the product grid has more visible inventory.
- config/constants.php: display currency label changed from FRW to RWF to match the reference.

Existing database-backed product/category loading, account login, cart actions and administration pages remain in place. The cart drawer uses the existing action.php cart endpoint and the checkout link continues to cart.php.

Deployment:
1. Back up the current live site and database before replacing files.
2. Upload the contents of this package to the shop.trustproperties.site document root, preserving existing uploads/product_images and admin files.
3. Confirm config/constants.php has the correct production database credentials for your hosting environment.
4. Test category filtering, search, login, add-to-cart, cart and checkout on the live site.

Important: the design reference is a multi-component concept image. The homepage visual layout is implemented, while actual payment processing remains whatever is already configured in the existing checkout/backend. Do not enter or store a mobile-money PIN in this storefront; payment credentials should be handled by an approved payment provider.

FOLLOW-UP REFINEMENTS
- Replaced the dark storefront surround with a soft white/light-blue background and removed the hero's background-image overlay effect.
- Category management now supports optional JPG/PNG/WebP image uploads (up to 3MB) on add/edit. Category images display in the storefront instead of category icons when present; categories without an image retain a fallback icon.
- The admin endpoint adds the nullable categories.cat_image field automatically on first use where database permissions allow. The category image directory is uploads/categories; ensure it is writable by PHP.
- To retain the original live site, back up files and database before deployment.
